"Absolutely dreadful. We moved from the Midwest and Johnson and his team a) took my name off the policy i share with my partner; b) switched automatic 6mo payments to manual monthly without notice, making me out of policy when i really needed it; c) refused to put my name on the renter's insurance. All of these we had to fight for weeks or months for to get fixed. Johnson and his team repeatedly say they don't offer or don't know how to do things, and i have to keep calling corporate (who do know how to do things, and they fix things immediately.) Corporate's pretty concerned with Johnson's underperformance and how they're constantly sending reminders on how to do his job. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY WITH STATE FARM."

"Hi Reggie, Thanks so much for the great seats at the Rainiers game on Tuesday. My grandson and I had a fun time together. Weather was perfect, the game was exciting in the final 5 innings. Both teams were playing home run derby for the first four. ALL fly balls and no runs. I think the coaches decided to call that off before the fans left. The Rainiers got down to well placed hitting and excellent infield work and won handily. We left happy under the light of the Super Blue Moon. A memorable occasion for both of us. Thanks again, Mark"

"This was my experience from January 2022-March 2023. I had asked Reggie to transfer my renter’s insurance to a new apartment on a certain date in March. He cancelled it right away in January and he told me he’d start a new policy for the new apartment. I had no idea he cancelled it it in January until my apartment gave us an eviction notice that my renters insurance is inactive. I was so confused and scared. So my cousin got a new policy to cover the old apartment as we still needed it. However, Reggie failed to communicate that he even cancelled it. I told him and he still put my new policy for my old apartment. We were paying two policies for one apartment. Reggie is unprofessional and defensive. He does not take accountability and does not apologize. He does not communicate effectively telling me he told me when I never received any notice. Do not get insurance here unless you want a headache."
