After graduating from Alaska Pacific University, I found my calling at State Farm in the homeowners claims department. It was during this time, while assisting people during their most difficult moments and witnessing State Farm's unwavering commitment to policyholders after the devastating Hurricane Andrew struck Florida in 1992, that I truly understood the exceptional customer service and dedication to honoring obligations that State Farm embodies.

This experience left an indelible mark on my heart and solidified my belief that State Farm sets the gold standard in the insurance industry. It was a turning point for me, as I became motivated by a deep desire to help others in a different capacity while still having the flexibility to prioritize my own family.

That's why I made the decision to become an agent. As an agent, my primary aim is to assist individuals in identifying and protecting the things that matter most to them. One of my greatest strengths lies in my genuine willingness to engage with people, particularly when discussing their aspirations and objectives.
